According to this Puerto Rico is qualified, and Brazil has no chance to qualify, regardless of the results of tonight’s games.
Canada can only qualify if Uruguay and Puerto Rico win with not more than 1 point
Uruguay can qualify if they win against Brazil with more than 2 points
